  • If prepaying for one of the specially selected scales located at www.weigh.net/wholesale.html offering you wholesale prices for purchasing a single scale when you prepay. These prices are usually at least 50% off what the stores sell the same scale for.
  • You don't have a credit card
  • You want the parcel shipped to an address other than where the credit card monthly statement is mailed every month (sending the scale to a friend as a gift, you're at college and your credit card is billed to your parent's home, etc.) Usually, we sent you an e-mail stating we could not process the order unless the parcel was shipped to the exact same address
  • No credit card orders accepted for the item(s) you wish to purchase (Calibron, Gem7, Deering) because of the high amount of attempted fraudulent credit card purchases. Also, No COD orders available for these items either.

All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and MUST be returned in resalable condition including the original packaging. You must obtain a RMA# (return merchandise approval #) prior to returning any item and it must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise to our warehouse in Bradford, MA 01835-7614.
 
All Acculab Products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If the product fails on delivery or to operate to the specifications during this warranty period, when used under normal conditions, Acculab will repair or replace it at their option, without charge. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) directly from Acculab (800-656-4400) and not Precision Weighing Balances. You will be required to pay the shipping and insurance charges to Acculab's repair facility in Newtown, PA. Acculab strives for 24-48 hour turnaround for repair or replacement (of units under warranty.) Acculab will return the unit freight prepaid. Please refer to your Instruction Manual for additional warranty information and shipping instructions.
